1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you, as a consumer, place an order with Toey AB via our website toeys.se. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please note that your order is binding only once you have received an order confirmation from us. Toey AB reserves the right to refuse any order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are stated separately before you confirm your purchase. We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is made at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the EU. The normal delivery time is 4–7 business days. If the delivery time differs from this, you will be informed at the time of ordering. Toey AB is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@toeys.se and ask for return shipping note, stating your order number when returning the item. You may also use our digital withdrawal form available through the "Right of withdrawal" link in the footer of our website.

The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging. A return fee of 15 EUR applies and is paid by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the refund once the return has been processed.

6. Complaints

If your product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint within 14 days from receipt. In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@toeys.se to initiate the complaint process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Toey AB is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income, that may arise in connection with your purchase. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

Toey AB is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or labor disputes.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect once they are published on our website.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through mutual agreement, but may otherwise be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a Swedish court.
