Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to Toeys. We aim to offer fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Below you will find our shipping and returns policy, which applies to all orders within the EU.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – DHL Service Point

Cost: 10 EUR

Delivery time: 4–7 business days

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being received.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Returns Policy

1. Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

A fixed return fee of 15 EUR will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or an error was made in your delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@toeys.se and state your order number to receive a return shipping label or use our digital withdrawal form available through the "Right of withdrawal" link in the footer of our website.

Return the product in its original packaging together with a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error in the delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued automatically to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after it has been issued by us.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the item according to section 2 and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Approved Returns

If a product is returned and does not meet our return requirements (e.g. damaged, used, or without original packaging), we reserve the right to reject the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Uncollected Parcels

Parcels are held at the service point for 5 business days before being automatically returned to us. For uncollected parcels, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund once the product has been returned to our warehouse.
